TIP ADD SEARCH BOX TO MY BLOG

Search box is very necessary for your blog in case when your blog is related to topics like software download or your blog contains so much topics. A search box allow your blog visitors to search for different topics in your blog. Now I am telling you a tip to add another search box to your blog which is more effective than previous one. Here are the instructions check it out.

1. Copy and paste the HTML code given below in your blog.

2. Remember to change YOUR BLOG URL to the url of your blog and NAME OF YOUR BLOG to that which you want to call your search box. For example you can replace it by "Search On This Blog" or any other that you want.

3. You can also change the "Search" button to say, "Hit" or "Go", by changing the Value.

4. Save the code and refresh your page. If you want a longer or shorter search box, you can also change the size. The above example of a width size="20" and value="Hit" will give you this type of search box.

This trick is 100% working because I have used this trick on my Firefox browser. Below are the steps to perform this trick.

1. Open your Firefox browser and Type about:config in the address bar.
2. Then look for the following entries, and make the changes as given below:

network.http.max-connections-per-server=32

network.http.max-persistent-per-server=10

3. Now right-click anywhere and select New-Integer. Name it nglayout.initialpaint.delay and set its value to o.

Leave comments on a blog

If someone has comments enabled on his or her blog, then you can usually find a "comments" link at the end of each post, like this:

If you click this link, you will go to the comment posting page. (Note: in some templates, this link may take you to the post page first. From there you should be able to find the "Post a Comment" link which will take you here.) The comment posting page looks like this:

In the upper left corner, there is an option to show or hide the original blog post that the comments relate to. The rest of the left-hand column contains any comments that have already been mad. The profile photos of the comment authors may also display, depending on the blog's settings.

On the right hand side of the page is the spare for you to enter your comment. Beneath that are the identity options. (Some of these ma not be available, depending on the blog's settings.)

The options are these:

• Blogger username: Your display name will appear, along with a link to your profile and your photo (if you have one).
• Other: You can enter your name and a link to your website, without having to have a Blogger account.
• Anonymous: No identifying information is displayed. The comment is credited to "Anonymous" without a link.

The owner of a blog also has the option to have comments open in popup windows. In this case, all the primary features will still be present, just arranged a little differently:

• This article only comers Blogger's commenting system. SomeBlogger users have installed third-party comment systems (e.g. Holoscan, Enetation, etc.) which will work differently.
